Two new beetle species of the genus Myrmedonota were recently described in a paper published in the journal Zootaxa. The type specimen for one of them was collected in Indiana while the type specimen for the other (M. aidani) was collected right here at the Bath Nature Preserve, Summit County, Ohio.
